Chef Gregg Denter
Gregg Denter is a Certified Executive Chef (CEC) and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. An award-winning chef with more than 25 years’ experience, Denter has demonstrated his culinary skills at four- and five-star resorts including The Lodge at Pebble Beach and Carmel Valley Ranch in central California.
Chef Denter has shared his culinary expertise with aspiring chefs and food enthusiasts while serving as Chef Instructor at the Culinary Center of Monterey. He is an active member of the American Culinary Federation and is a past president of the Monterey Chapter. His awards include ACF Monterey Chapter Chef of the Year, Winner of the Otafuku Foods Side Dish Competition and medals from ACF Salons and competitions.
