Is My Kitchen Big Enough?

You can have as many people cooking as you have room for cutting boards on your kitchen counter and dining room table. You can also divide into groups – those who will cook and those who will simply enjoy what you’ve created (ladies cooking for the men? men for the ladies? kids for parents/grandparents?). Or take turns making specific courses from appetizers to dessert.

Collaborate:

Your Culinary Coach™ can help you plan your custom event from simple menus designed to be easily prepared and enjoyed to more elaborate cooking techniques and cuisines for your “foodie” friends.

Shop (Optional):

In addition to learning how to shop for the right ingredients, your Culinary Coach™ will teach you how to shop for any size dinner or cocktail party. Unsure how to double or triple a recipe? Wonder just how much meat to buy for the number of guests you’re having? Entertaining on a budget? Your Culinary Coach™ can help right in the grocery store.

Cook:

You know everyone always ends up in the kitchen. This time, everyone will belong there as your Culinary Coach™ teaches your guests everything from knife skills to cooking techniques.

Scheduling:

Most small classes are held Monday through Thursday, however, we can be flexible for those with difficult schedules. We require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule any confirmed class.

Locations:

Classes are available in homes throughout Orange & LA Counties.
